As you might expect, the exercises that I did in this article are not the ones I would choose to do, and I did not choose them because they were easy.
I wanted to do the exercises for the specific reason that I thought they were good for strengthening my hamstrings.
I want to do them because I know they’re the best.

Here’s how to do a hamstring strength exercise.
To begin, you will need a pair of boxers or similar athletic equipment.
This will make it easy to do your exercises, and it will also allow you to perform the exercises without lifting weights.
Boxers, for example, are typically constructed of a material called polyethylene (PE), which is a synthetic material that has been coated with a hard, waterproof plastic.
It is made of many layers of materials that are held together by a polymer layer.
