How to do double chin exercises with the Body Weight Program?
That’s right, this is a really good exercise that you should do in order to build a solid base of strength.
You can get a good feel for how strong your arms and legs will be by trying this exercise, and you should also do it in order for your hands to be able to get better grip on the barbell.
Once you get the hang of it, you can then work on lowering the bar into the ground.
Double chin exercises are not as challenging as a conventional chinup, but they’re still good for building the base of your bodyweight.
You should also perform some single chin exercises to build your upper body strength.
If you do any of these exercises, make sure to do them with the bar and not your feet.
